Instructions: Book Directly Through the Office of the IWFFA
Because if you don't, we will not receive credit for your booking, and you will have to pay the hotel booking fee to IWFFA

If you have any questions for any of these facilities, email, or phone the IWFFA.
Once you have decided where you would like to stay, fill out the hotel booking form and email or fax back to the office of the IWFFA.
Some of these choices are NOT BLOCKED. In other words, they are on first come, first serve basis. If you like a place, take it!

The Kelly McGillis Classic starts Superbowl Sunday, Feb 6th with events each day. You are welcome to join us for all the preliminary fun we have scheduled events just for our flag footbal teams!

Teams must be on island no later than Wed. Feb 9th for Official Team / Player Registration Party
We highly suggest teams to stay till Monday morning because games will go late on Sunday Night. Last Game of the Kelly McGillis Classic: The World Challenge IV Game which All Star athletes from all the teams are chosen to play. Even if your team does not make the championship game, you may still be playing in the World Challenge.

Two Story 3 Bedroom Villas with Full Kitchen and washer & dryer include a King or Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, a Queen or Two Twin beds in the Second and Third Bedrooms. Deluxe 2 Bedroom Condo
Description: Our rate $249 flat (normally $289 on weekends). This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo unit that features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and a flat panel television. All newly refurbishment and decorated in an island inspired elegance, King Bed, Queen , Roll Out Sofa in living room. The unit also has a private balcony, access to both resort pools, and the resort marina. Maximum occupancy of six.
Deluxe 1 Bedroom Condo
Description: Our rate $189 (sleeps 4) This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo unit that features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and flat panel television with a newly refurbishment and decorated in an island inspired elegance. The unit also has private balcony, access to both resort pools, and the resort marina. Maximum occupancy of four.
Deluxe Studio Condo
Description: Our rate $179 (sleeps 2). This newly refurbished studio, decorated with island-inspired elegance, features a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and dishes for four. Relax on the private balcony or patio, or inside watching the flat panel television and DVD player. Queen size bed, maximum occupancy of two.

Policies: To book - 1 night deposit and tax deposit and then charge the remaining balance 30 days prior to the arrival. Cancellation policy is 15% of the total reservation amount if cancelled between the time of booking and 72 hours prior to the arrival. If cancelled within the 72 hours from the arrival the party is responsible for the full amount of the reservation. Trip insurance is available at a cost of 6.5% of the total reservation, which covers trip interruption, if a plane is delayed, if baggage is lost, or if the team needs to cancel the reservation.
