These rates are based on a 5 night minimum (which is exact time teams should be on island Key West)
Bookings for shorter periods of time, will pay Normal rates
- 50% Deposit is due upon booking and balance should be paid 30 days prior to arrival
- Cancellation Policy - Must cancel 60 days prior to arrival for full refund of deposit, less 20% of booking deposit plus service fee and sales tax. Cancellation 59 days or less prior to occupancy - no refund. You may purchase trip cancellation and interruption coverage, at time of booking.
- There is a condo reservation fee of $25 per booking taken at time of booking
- Bookings contracts must be signed and faxed back within 7 days or reservation will automatically cancel. By 4pm on the 7th day.
