Remember, this is a 3 day competition, meaning games begin on Friday, September 22th

Teams and all players / coaches need to be at the Meet & Greet (Boatslip - 7 - 10PM - 161 Commercial St (Rosters close at 10PM)

There we officially register all participants - photo I.D. and IWFFA membership cards needs to be shown and rosters are checked.

Rosters close at 10PM (the only exception to this rule is the Loose Women's Team, which stays open throughout tournament)

We will go over rules, tournament format, answer questions and any last minute changes will given.

It is so important that all participants attend the meet & greet for these reasons

Finally, we draw teams from hat, which will decide each teams tournament shedule

Teams are guarenteed 3 games (if there are any forfeits, we cannot help this)

There is one division offered for this tourament (we could not draw enough teams for Beginner Division)

Shuttle Service Offered for Free!

The tournament will have one mini-van to offer teams a ride to the Wellfleet Field, which is 15 minutes up the road from Ptown. We can offer to take players from center of Ptown or outside of Host Hotel - Pilgram House to bring to field. We will use the mini- van as a shuttle service for teams, which is really nice for the teams coming down via: Cape Air (direct flight into Ptown) or Ferry. Please email us to let us know if you will depend on this min-van / shuttle service (it is only one mini-van we have)

American Airlines : Has given this tournament a discount price - you should check prices of all airlines, but American has really given us great rates

Team fee is $300 US

2006 IWFFA membership is $20 US per - player / coach / manager

Deadline to send in all your team registration materials : September 7th

(after August 21st, a $100 late fee will apply)

1) Team Roster (is in excell program) - Please use these standard flag football positions to fill out your Roster:

Offensive Positions: QB / Receiver / Running Back / Guard / Center

Defensive Positions: Primary / Secondary / Safety

2) IWFFA Membership Application (if you are a current 2006 member you don't need this) - this is in an excell program

3) Release Form (if you are a current 2006 member you don't need this) - this is in a word program

4) Waiver Form (if you are a current 2006 member you don't need this) - this is in a word program

5) detailed list of monies you are sending us (breakdown of payement) - you write

If you download the registration materials and we don't receive........ and it is time for the tourament...... that would be real bad for all of us, so please keep in touch with us. We don't want to loose any of your registration.

when Emailing us your Team Registration:

Once you have downloaded the materials, you may email us the team roster with all the information filled in, iwffa membership forms for each new member (these are in excell program),

but we need release forms for liabilities signed with signature. so these two forms (word documents) need to be signed, then scanned and emailed to us.

you then must mail cashiers check or money order payable to: IWFFA

when Printing out forms and Mailing your Team Registration to our office:

If you print out all the materials and hand out to your team mates to sign and fill out information, it is best to collect all of your team's information (ex: instead of having individual memberships sent in one at a time) and include with payments for tournament to our office.

Your Team Registration Should Include:

payment for team fee - cashier check or money order payable to IWFFA for $300

any new iwffa members with their membership applications - multiply number of new memberships x $20

any new iwffa members need to sign the release and liability waiver forms (there are 2 seperate pages)
