Booking Your Hotel Stay for the Tournament

(is a part of every player and team registration & saves you $25 per player hotel booking fee)

 

Booking directly through the IWFFA Saves you Money! , you do NOT pay more money.

AND you support the event! The IWFFA receives credit for your booking!

Instructions: Once you have decided where you would like to stay

Click to download the IWFFA Hotel Booking Form - Fill out and email to the IWFFA@IWFFA.COM

We will then make the booking for you and send you your confirmation

You will need your hotel confirmation to also include on your team roster

If your team does not book your stay from our list of Accomodations,

your team or players will pay a $25 hotel booking fee (per person)

because the team fee is subsidized using our hotel bookings - we count on these hotel bookings to pay for our tournament expenses

Once you have decided where you would like to stay, fill out the hotel booking form and email to the IWFFA.

Some of these choices are NOT BLOCKED. In other words, they are on first come, first serve basis. If you like a place, take it!

How Long Should You Stay on the Island ?

The Kelly McGillis Classic week long event starts Monday, January 12, 2015 with events each day.

You are welcome to join us for all the preliminary fun we have scheduled events just for our flag footbal team!

We have officiating clinic, players clinic, arm wrestle, toilet relay race, etc prior to the flag football games. .

However If your team will compete in just the tournament games

& World Challenge Game) Teams need to be on the island of Key West no later than Thursday, January 15th for Official Team / Player Registration Party

We highly suggest teams to stay till Monday morning, January 19th , because games will go late on Sunday Night. Last Game of the Kelly McGillis Classic: The World Challenge VIII Game which All Star athletes from all the teams are chosen to play. Even if your team does not make the championship game, you may be nominated to play in the World Challenge.
