This hotel registration can help facilitate organizing your team for the tournament. We find it necessary to help support our sponsored teams, volunteers and officials

If you would like to make bookings for your entire team, use this sheet and mail in with your team registration pac. / Otherwise, have your players contact the IWFFA directly to make

their hotel bookings.  / Every player will receive a hotel confirmation number, which they will receive from Hotel, and which will then be added for each player on  your team roster 

A ) Who will be the person in charge of the room, what are their telephone numbers so that we may contact them directly / B) Which hotel you are booking, Do you want smoking or non – smoking, what is arrival date / departure date – (date you will actually leave) (see hotel list for total price of each room with  tax included per night) Rooms are charged per night, so if you book: Arrival: Tuesday  Feb 7 /  Departure: Monday  Feb 13th, you will be charged for 6 nights  / C ) Some rooms accommodate up to 4 people / most suites accommodate up to 6 people. Please list all persons in your party sharing your room / D) All major credit cards accepted (exception: Coconut Mallory/ Hyatt Suites)  Include all numbers, expiration date. Full Mailing Address of card holder  and name that appears on the card/  Check Hotel List to see what their booking, cancellation policies are E ) Hotel Confirmation # (IWFFA office will fill in your team roster). This hotel confirmation # will also be included in your team confirmation letter, which each team’s contact receives 2 weeks prior to the tournament. You may also call up office of IWFFA directly to receive your hotel confirmation number. Once we have booked your hotel, you may contact hotel directly with any questions, information needed, by referring to your confirmation #.
