Participants need to be fully Uniformed and will officiate during Kelly McGillis Classic Tournament weekend Feb 11 - 13th

 

 

We strongly encourage female flag football players to learn how to officiate and here is your chance!

 

An in-depth course for those who are serious about officiating women's and girl's flag-football games. Successful completion provides IWFFA certification and allows you to officiate in any of the sanctioned IWFFA tournaments. Course includes: Learning definitions and In-depth understanding of IWFFA rules (page by page). Learning mechanics associated with officiating and field positioning. During tournament, participants will do chains on field (learning how to command the chains), then referee as a 4th official during tournament games (to be monitored and rated by instructor). Come prepared with official's uniform including: Official's black and white shirt, black shorts, black cleats white socks, whistle, score card and 2 yellow flags. Each team is encouraged to have one of it's players participate.
