Friday August 11
Meet & Greet 6 - 8PM - outside Cafeteria to Valby Idrætspark (see directions below)

Official registration of teams. Bring IWFFA membership card and photo I.D.
Rules Meeting with all players - Questions and Answers / Teams will be picked from a hat and seeded into tournament format / Slide Show and IWFFA Promotional Video will be shown
Special Guest Speaker: Karen Oswald from the American Women's Club (see description in Who's Who)

Directions: Valby Idrætspark - J. Andersensvej 1 (look for the gym building at Ellebjergvej)

Close to train station "Ellebjerg" at corner of Gamel Køge Landefej and Ellebjergsvej
If you take S-tog - take A train or
Bus - take number 10 to "Valby Hallen"
There are locker rooms and showers at the facility for you to use during the tournament games.

Infamous Toilet Relay Race - 9PM (see description in this program)
Teams will meet at the Town Hall Square at Frederiksberg Gade (next to the sausage man wagon)
Only 4 runners are needed to make up a team, so tournament teams may enter as many teams as they want! Prizes to winners

Saturday August 12
Opening Ceremonies 1 PM
Field: Valby Idrætspark - J. Andersensvej 1 (see directions above)
National anthems will be sung: Denmark, Sweden and Norway. Special guest celebrity will throw ball in to start games.

Kick- Off - 1:30 AM
Games begin. Every one hour and fifteen minutes: 1:30-2:45 / 2:45 - 4:00 / 4:00 - 5:45
If there are four teams competing - there will be 7 games (top two teams make championship game). If there are 5 teams, there will be 11 games with top two teams playing championship game. If there are 6 teams, there will be 15 games with no championship game, the best record wins tournament.

Half Time Games will be played throughout the tournament

Women will lower their resistance and open up their voices and share with us their talents. Prize to our best singer, who will be judged by the rest of us. Come party and sing!

Sunday August 13
10:30 AM First game begins (thereafter): 11:45 - 1:00 / 1:00 - 2:15 / 2:15 - 4:00

Championship Game - 4:30

Awards will be presented on the field, following the championship game
