The International Women's Flag-Football Association (IWFFA)...

is run by women who strive to promote, organize, educate and professionalize the sport of women's flag-football. Our clinics welcome all girls and women (novices, experienced, spectators, cheerleaders) to experience the thrilling sport of flag football. We will practice healthy exercises, and drills to develop skills needed to play the sport at any level. We realize the importance of promoting this contact sport to women and young girls as it develops strong physical, mental and spiritual characters which will empower them to compete in our society. "We are planting the seed for a stronger woman tomorrow". We are an international organization with women's leagues all over the world.

Brief Description of Workshop:

o Conduct a Flag-Football clinic for women of all skill levels.
o Explanation of the IWFFA and membership opportunities.
o Rules Review/Description of Game/ Players Positions
o Field Dimensions
o Teach the basics of the game, skills and strategies.
o Get out on the field and practice skills, drills and plays.
o Conclude with a Scrimmage Game

Number of participants:

Minimum of 10 participants. No limit. Spectators more than welcome.
